Our services
Started as a maintenance company, Cel Data Services expanded its service range over the years.
Coordination Center:
- Field resource planning, scheduling installation activities and field interventions, assigning the interventions to the field engineers.
- Administration and follow up of intervention report status during the different intervention stages (report creation, assigning to technician, arrival, spare parts replacements, report closure)
Production:
- The in-house developed ATM’s (Self’Bank Cash & Non Cash terminals) are also prepared at the Cel Data Services premises, prior to installation in the field. Our production team is highly flexible, being able to adapt to the changing needs of our customers.
Installation team:
- Carries out the daily installations and relocations of Self’Bank terminals and computer workstations, as well as network cabling (i.e. UTP, Coax, …) and surveillance equipment installation.
Field engineers:
- A large team of field engineers performs Monday to Saturday on-site technical interventions.
Consumables and Lighting:
- A team of specialised consumable replacers intervene on printers, copiers, faxes and bill counters, to preserve the autonomy of the different devices.
- The lighting equipment maintenance team performs fluorescent tube replacements (FL, TL, PL-tubes).
Technical support:
- Handles technical questions and problems raised by customers as well as by our field engineers during their on-site interventions.
- Other tasks: optimisation of PC hardware and network configuration, automation of software configurations, roll out preparation.
- This team also runs different technical training programs, courses and practical workshops that are necessary for the company to be able to maintain the machines that exist in today’s banking environment.
Repair department:
- Operates only for our corporate business partners (ING, …) and not for domestic or private customers!
- Performs the repair of electronics banking devices (PC’s, printers, fax, monitors, bill counters, cash dispensers, card readers, …)
Logistics:
- Warehouse for all technical equipment used in the branches.
- Supporting transport activities for installations and field service departments: between stocks and branches, between regional stocks and head quarters.
Other divisions:
- HR, financial and sales department, IT department and R&D.
